Contacting Our MassHealth Transportation Call Center

When calling our MassHealth Transportation Call Center, you will be guided through an automated voice system designed to quickly connect you with the assistance you need.

After selecting your preferred language, simply state the reason for your call, such as:

  • “Book a trip”
  • “Cancel a trip”
  • “Check my ride”
  • “Complaint about my trip”
  • “Leave a compliment”
  • “PT-1 status”
  • “Standing Order”

Our system also offers self-service options for select trip requests and transportation management needs.

Call Center Representatives are available to assist members in English and Spanish. Additional language support is available through a third-party interpretation service.
