As a Quality Assurance agent, you will play a key role in fulfilling MART’s mission to serve people by listening to and gathering critical member feedback. In a team setting, you will support MARTs’ brokerage operations by receiving feedback from members and take corrective actions to address transportation issues as well as ensuring MART’s contract compliance obligations are met. You will also address feedback from our pool of vendors.
