• What are my credentials to the supplier app and the QRyde portal?
  
  You can login to the QRyde web portal. Please register on the portal by clicking the Login button and then click the Provider button.
  
  Please complete the registration process by selecting your Broker. Your UserID to the portal is the same as Vendor Portal. Please complete the registration process and acknowledge the email.
  To change your password on the apps and the QRyde portal, please login to the QRyde portal, navigate to the Profile menu option and click on the Change Password button to reset your password.

• How do my drivers logon to the app?
  
  Your drivers can download the QRyde Driver app. You can login to the QRyde portal and navigate to the Drivers menu. The driver ID's on the app are shown under the Username column. Your drivers will use these to logon to the Driver app. To add a new driver, click on the 'Add New' button and complete the information.
  
  To update the password, click the Edit button and Reset Password. You can update the email and mobile phone numbers that the drivers will use for the apps with the driver profile.

• How can my staff (dispatch) use the app to accept work?
  
  Logon to the QRyde web portal with your credentials. To allow a staff member access to the supplier app, navigate to the menu (users) and click (Add New) to add a new user. Please make sure you provide an email and a mobile phone number for the user. Once the user account is created, the user will show in the list. Example below shows test user. The user can login as test.DANE where DANE is the ID for the company (supplier).
  
• What do I do if my account is locked?
  
  If you have used your credentials 5 times with no success your account will be locked. Please send a email to hbss_techsupport@hbssonline.com with your userID to unlock your account. You can also use the Forgot Account on the web or apps to retrieve your credentials.
