    Labor Day 2025 Closure

MART will be closed on Monday, September 1st, 2025 in observation of Labor Day. We will resume normal business hours on Tuesday, September 2nd, 2025. To avoid potential wait times on September 2nd, please consider using our online tools or calling in before the holiday weekend to book your trips.

    New Facility Booking Portal Now Live

Your patients. Your schedule. Now faster and easier than ever.

MART is pleased to announce that the new and improved Facility Booking Portal is officially live as of August 5.

This redesigned system makes transportation scheduling easier, faster, and more user friendly for facilities and the individuals they serve, with enhancements such as intuitive client lookup, Same‑Day and Enhanced Chair Car (ECC) booking, and a user‑friendly interface. The portal also offers a streamlined registration process, quicker client searches with PT‑1 display, and expanded trip options in one place—including one‑way, round‑trip, multi‑leg, Same‑Day, and ECC rides. With these upgrades, facilities now have greater flexibility and stronger tools to manage scheduling with ease. These upgrades were designed to give facility staff greater flexibility and stronger tools -- saving time while ensuring safe, reliable, and timely transportation for patients. Our new Interactive Virtual Attendant (IVA) provides 24/7/365 access, to a full suite of self-service options, allowing you to manage your transportation needs quickly and conveniently—without waiting on hold. Just call our main number, select your preferred language, and choose from the following options:
  • Option 1: Review your upcoming trips
  • Option 2: Conduct a PT-1 review
  • Option 3: Cancel a trip
  • Option 4: Extend a standing order
  • Option 5: Book a future trip
  • Option 6: File a complaint
