After you choose a language from the main phone menu, you have the following options for MassHealth:
- To access MART’s automated trip review, please press 1.
- To schedule your transportation through a Call Center representative, please press 2.
- If you would like to file a complaint through our Quality Assurance department regarding your service, please press 3.
Call-Center Representatives can assist you in English, Spanish, or Russian. Other languages can be accommodated through a 3rd party language assistance line.
