As a Call Center Agent, you will be our customers’ first point of contact, responsible for delivering a best-in-class customer support experience to support their transportation inquires. You will be the liaison between our company and our members. A successful candidate will be able to accept ownership for effectively solving customer issues, complaints, and inquiries, while keeping customer satisfaction at the core of every decision and behavior. You will be tasked with booking, scheduling, changing/cancelling transportation via telephone utilizing a CRM software.
